NektaIce™ is a fat-free granita mix beverage which freezes  into a flavourful, refreshing slush.

Thanks to the mouthfeel enhancing capabilities of Nektalite™, a NektaIce™ granita has just enough body to eat with a spoon, but also has the perfect texture and mouthfeel so that it goes down smooth when sipped from a straw. And don't worry, you'll never be left with a cupful of unflavoured ice. NektaIce™ does not separate out into a syrup and ice, and will stay smooth and flavourful with each drink.

Fruit flavours include strawberry, peach and tropical, and all contain 10% real fruit juice. The cappuccino flavoured mix is a non-dairy, non-fat product which has the smooth creamy taste of an iced cappuccino.

A fruit granita can be enhanced by adding chunks of real fresh fruit, flavoured liqueur or alcohol. The cappuccino can be blended with flavoured liqueurs such as almond, hazelnut, vanilla, or coffee and topped with whipped cream for an extra special drink.
